About Jules

I'm Jules, a Trauma Informed Certified Life and Mind-Body Coach.
For several years I was living with long Covid and in a state of overwhelm, on the verge of burnout. I just kept pushing myself to keep going, little did I know how much damage that was doing to my mind and body. I knew that I needed to change the way I was thinking and living, but didn’t know how until I found a mind-body therapist. They were able to show me the connection between my emotions and my illness and how suppressing my emotions had caused my illness in the first place. I found this really inspiring and decided to train as a Holistic Life coach and Mind-body practitioner with the MindBodyFood Institute, so that I could share what I have learned, and help others heal too.

On my long and convoluted path to health I explored many avenues and discovered some key elements that led to my recovery. These included learning to be kind to myself, reframing my negative thoughts and beliefs, prioritising activities that relax me, developing a regular meditation and breathwork practice and visualising the future I want for myself and my family.

I would love to use all the knowledge and understanding that I have gained on my path to health to help you find your best self. It is so possible you just need the right support and guidance.

I fully understand how daunting this process of change is. I clearly remember feeling overwhelmed by all the emotions I was experiencing, alongside the pain, fatigue and brain fog. I didn't know where to start to make it better, that was until I found someone who had already walked this path and was able to guide me on my healing journey. I hope that I can be your guide and share with you the joy of regaining your health.
So how do I work with you? I will create a safe space where you can talk freely and confidentially. I will listen to you empathically and let you tell me your story and what you want to change. I will reflect back to you what I’m hearing, ask questions and when necessary challenge you. All this will be done in a gentle, caring way while holding you accountable.
I can help you look within to find your true authentic self, a place where you are making decisions that are best for you and those around you, so your life feels in balance and harmony.
However difficult this journey to recovery has been, it has been my greatest teacher and enabled me to look at life in a very different way. I’m grateful for all I have learned along the way and that it has shown me how to live a more balanced life, really taking care of my body, mind and spirit and teaching me who I really am.
