Case Study

Around 4 years ago I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I was assigned an occupational therapist who I had for around a year, after which I had numerous private therapists, to help with the mental health aspect of it. The therapists all helped in trying to mitigate the stress and anxiety of it in their own way, but things were moving at a snails pace and nothing was truly shifting my perspective or my health.

 

I was then recommended Jules, and things started changing pretty rapidly from the first few sessions.

Certainly, the game changer was the fact that Jules had previously experienced this too,  therefore she could empathise with every aspect that I was going through. 

I felt like I was not alone in this,  I had a true ally.

 

Working together on implementing helpful thought patterns, wellness visions, practical daily routine changes, pacing,  boundaries, self love, meditation, mindfulness, along with a plethora of extremely effetive practices and resources tailor made to enable my healing.

 

Things really started to fall into place for me when I learnt about the mind body connection, showing me that what you think is linked to how your body feels. 

You are stronger than you know and thoughts have a tremendous power to heal the body.

 

Jules supported me and knowing I had her to hold me accountable, really made the steps easier.

It's impossible to put into words how I feel now, how thankful I am to Jules for transforming the way I look at life, and my hopes for the future are to live a happy, healthy life.

 

My body is healing for the first time in years, mentally I feel calm, content and in control.

I know, if you are going through challenges yourself, It can be an extremely lonely and confusing time,

but reaching out for help is always the right idea.
