How I Work
Hello I'm Jules, a Trauma Informed Certified Life and Mind-Body coach. I am passionate about helping others move out of living in a state of chronic fatigue and overwhelm, and find their way back to their true self.
Change takes time, and depending on what you are wanting to change the number of sessions will vary. We are all individual and the process of change is different for all of us, that is why I tailor your sessions to you. You are the one choosing the path we walk together. I will be there to guide, support and challenge you, so that you can get the most out of the time we spend together. I know that the path to change can and will, have obstacles along the way which will feel difficult and uncomfortable to navigate, but I'm there with you supporting you every step of the way, holding your hand and maybe giving you a gentle nudge if necessary. The rewards for walking this path are so worth the effort you will put in, the feeling of living in alignment with your authentic self and the joy, clarity and freedom this will bring, will make you feel so much more alive.

I can work you either online, using video calls, or if you live near me in Kingsbridge, South Devon we can meet in person. We can either walk and talk in nature, which has the wonderful bonus of being calming for our mind and body by regulating the nervous system, or meet in a therapy room locally. Sessions are one hour and I will follow up the session with an email detailing things to work on between sessions. See below for the different ways you can work with me. The longer programs can be paid for in instalments.

1:1 Individual sessions
Individual 1 hour session that can be used to work on small changes you want to make, or for bigger changes, but you prefer not to commit to a set amount of sessions. As always the sessions will be led by what you want to work on, and I will provide guidance, support and accountability, to enable you to reach your desired goal.

Reset yourself
We will work together over 6 sessions. This will give us the time to address the physical and mental symptoms, such as physical pain, chronic fatigue, brain fog, sleep disturbance, digestive issues; and the link between them and the emotions you are feeling, such as anxiety, anger, shame, sadness or guilt. We will work on ways you can change your thought patterns, and explore techniques to reduce your stress.

Renew yourself
Over this 12 week program we will cover the Reset program and have time to work on deeper issues. We will get to the root cause of the way your mind and body react to the stresses of everyday life. We can explore your life events, such as being bullied, detached parents, being overly disciplined/criticised or abusive relationships, and look at your limiting beliefs, such as "I'm not good enough", "I'm not lovable", "I can't do anything right". We can work on changing these limiting beliefs to positive beliefs and values that you choose to live by.

My coaching experience was fantastic. When I started the sessions with Jules I was completely stuck and unable to move forward in certain aspects of my life.
